Social CRM Platform Announces New Release

Have you heard of Nimble? The social CRM company has just released Nimble 2.0. The platform, which the company says is ‘designed entirely with social engagement in mind,’ seeks to help its users get closer to their target markets through ‘listening and engagement’. Nimble now boasts more than 30,000 registered users from more than 2,800 companies. Also, it is up to 250 resellers, 50 of them in Europe.

The new release is based on user feedback and includes:

  1. Social discovery – including support for Facebook and Google+
  2. Unified social notification, which consolidates likes, comments, friend invitations and other interactions from Google+, LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook
  3. Usability enhancements, including the consolidation of all messages, activities and deals – including the contact’s live social stream
  4. Custom fields and tabs to support ‘the unique ways our customers relate to their contacts
  5. Integration with Hubspot for closed-loop marketing
